According to article 26 of its statutes, the resources of ACALAN shall be obtained from:

1. Voluntary contributions from Member States;
2. The services of ACALAN;
3. The sale of products of ACALAN;
4. Subventions from the AU and such other organisations;
5. Donations and legacies approved by the Board;
6. Resources established on an exceptional basis.
